Workshop: Salgari Campus – Sunday 27

Salgari Campus lands at #VOCF2026 with two activities dedicated to adventure, balance and ancestral survival skills. Drop by their space, put yourself to the test and discover a different side of the outdoors!

LITTLE EXPLORERS’ SUSPENSION BRIDGE
A real suspended bridge where kids – and brave adults too! – can experience height and movement in complete safety. A fun way to develop balance, confidence and a taste for adventure, right beneath the great walls of Valle Orco.

ANCESTRAL FIRE – WORKSHOP & DEMO
How did our ancestors make fire before matches and lighters existed? Salgari Campus instructors will demonstrate traditional fire-making techniques using the bow drill and hand drill. And then it’s your turn: after each demo, participants can try to make fire themselves and get a first taste of the survival and bushcraft skills taught at Salgari Campus.
